Dr. Brian Burgoyne, PsyD, LP is an award-winning licensed clinical psychologist serving Littleton, Ken Caryl, and the greater Denver area. He has been recognized as Best of Littleton Clinical Psychologist (2024 & 2025) and Best of Ken Caryl Clinical Psychologist (2025) for his clinical expertise, responsiveness, and patient-centered approach to care.
Dr. Burgoyne specializes exclusively in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment. His clinical focus includes ADHD evaluations, autism assessment, learning disabilities, and diagnostic clarification across the lifespan. He utilizes personalized, cross-battery assessment methods to ensure accurate diagnoses and meaningful, practical recommendations tailored to each individual’s cognitive, emotional, and functional profile.
Clients can expect prompt communication (responses within 24 business hours), clear feedback, and a thorough, structured evaluation process designed to support academic success, workplace functioning, and daily life needs. Dr. Burgoyne provides psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults (ages 6–89).
Minding My Own Psychological Assessments, PLLC offers private-pay psychological assessments, insurance verification, and superbill receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. There is no waitlist, allowing clients to access timely, high-quality evaluations without unnecessary delays.
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Dr. Burgoyne is a member of the American Psychological Association’s (APA) Division 42: Psychologists in Independent Practice, the Colorado Psychological Association (CPA), the Rocky Mountain Dyslexia Association, and the Colorado Assessment Society. He is also a member of the Society for Personality Assessment. Dr. Burgoyne has received an additional certification as a Certified Autism Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) through Evergreen Certifications. He is trained in the ADOS-2, ADI-R, SRS-2, and MIGDAS-2 for autism assessment. Dr. Burgoyne completes evaluations as a professional vendor for the Colorado Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
Dr. Burgoyne was a member of Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology, from 2018 until 2022. Dr. Burgoyne received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology, an APA-accredited institution, in 2022. His internship was completed at an APPIC-accredited private practice in Denver, CO. He has worked as part of an integrated team with neurologists, psychiatrists, family practice physicians, clinical psychologists, concerned parents, PRE attorneys, care managers, licensed counselors, social workers, and schools.
